Provide nursing care based on the patient's plan of care and assessed needsPrepare clinical progress notes for the patient's recordAssist the patient and family in learning appropriate self-care techniquesReport any changes in the patient's condition to the supervising RNAdminister patient treatments and medications as prescribed by their physicianObserve client's physical, mental, and emotional conditionsSkills/Licenses Required:
Possess a valid LPN license in the state of VASkilled experience (IV administration, PIC line management, wound care/vacs, vents/trachs, TPN, Diabetes Management, g-tubes)CPRAt least 1 year of med/surg experienceHome Health, transitional care, or post-acute care experience is preferredTOP TIER COMPENSATION - Monthly/Annual Paid In-services - Paid Orientation - Weekly Pay - Health Care Benefits - Employee Referral Bonus - Direct Deposit - Overtime opportunities & Holiday Bonuses - Free CEU's - Flexible Schedules for Full time, Part time, & PRN - Annual scholarships - Recognition.
