Responsibilities:
Removes full drop boxes from the slot machines and transports them to the count room.
Verifies paperwork to the drop verification report and documents errors and correction.
Keeps the Count Room management informed of all pertinent information regarding soft count activities and irregularities.
Verbally communicates with other team members while completing the drop of the floor.
Operates currency counting and sorting machines.
All other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Must be able to perform computer input and operate ten-key adding machine.
Certifications, Licenses, and/or Registrations:
Gaming license/registration as required by Virginia Lottery.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to work in a fast-paced position.
Must possess basic math skills and ability to count large sums of currency.
Ability to communicate with Team members and guests Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills, with particular attention to quality and detail.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week, including holidays.
Physical Requirements:
The job functions encompass a varied combination of physical functions, including, but not limited to the following:
Constant standing, walking, reaching outward, occasional reaching about the shoulder level and frequent squatting, kneeling, and bending.
Ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds.
Ability to push/pull up to 50 pounds.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
