Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the store's operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and employee scheduling - Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet or exceed sales targets - Train and develop store staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills - Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times - Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner - Oversee stock replenishment and ensure accurate inventory levels - Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, updates, and performance expectations - Collaborate with the corporate office on marketing initiatives and promotions
Experience:
