Emergency Medicine, Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Orthopedics, Preventative Medicine or Physical Medicine and RehabilitationMust possess one of the following:
Have successfully completed a fellowship program in Sports Medicine, 1-year minimumHave successfully completed a Certificate of Additional Qualification in Sports MedicineBe board certified in orthopedic surgeryPossess a minimum of 3 years full-time (40 hours per week) experience as a clinician in Orthopedics or Sports Medicine within the preceding 5 yearsMust possess and maintain a current, valid, unrestricted license (corresponding to the specialty required by the task order) in one of the fifty states, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.
