Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed within budget, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and production staff, to develop project plans and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Create and maintain project schedules, tracking progress and making necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.
Review and interpret blueprints, work orders, and take-offs to understand project requirements and ensure accurate execution.
Monitor project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation to ensure financial targets are met.
Conduct regular site visits to assess project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Foster strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and potential risks.
Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control measures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in project coordination and management, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of reading and interpreting blueprints, work orders, and take-offs.
Proficiency in using project management software and tools to track project progress and manage resources.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve project goals.
Knowledge of metal fabrication processes and materials is highly desirable.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
