POSITION
Summary:
The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) plans, organizes, develops, and assists with the direction of the overall operation of the Nursing Services department to ensure the highest degree of quality resident care in accordance with all laws, regulations, and Company standards.
Reports to Director of Nursing (DON).
SKILLS and ABILITIES:
Education:
Associate's Degree (two year college or technical school)
Experience:
Two to four years related experience Computer Skills Certificates and Licenses:
Must be currently registered/licensed with applicable state.
Must have CPR certification upon hire or obtain it during orientation.
CPR certification must remain current during employment.
